Use a gentle detergent — no bleach or fabric softener
If using a washing machine:
Place your piece in a laundry bag
Select a delicate or lingerie cycle, always in cold water
Avoid fabric softener and intensive spinning
Drying:
Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat
Lay flat to dry in the shade, in open air

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged.
