We offer free shipping in France. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Each order is carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours before being shipped.

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Enjoy our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items are eligible for return or exchange as long as they meet the required conditions.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. The product must not be worn, washed, or have its tag removed.

For hygiene reasons, the models Sublime and Élégance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions above.
