We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Each order is carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours before being shipped.

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.

Important

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In particular, bodysuits — which are in direct contact with the skin and intimate areas — cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: an exchange or refund will be possible in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
