How does it work?

After your purchase, the gift card will be sent directly by email to the recipient with a unique code. They can use it immediately on our online store to choose their favorite items.

How to choose the right size?
We offer three distinct size guides, depending on the product type. Please consult the one that corresponds to your purchase :

Tip : if you are between sizes, choose the larger one for more comfort, unless you are seeking a very pronounced shaping effect.

Maintenance of your sculpting parts

Each piece has been designed with delicate and high-performance materials to enhance your silhouette.

To preserve its shaping properties, softness, and durability, we recommend special care.

Hand wash recommended:

• In cold water (max. 30°C)
• With a gentle detergent, without bleach or fabric softener

If you use the machine:

• Slide your item into a laundry bag
• Select a delicate or lingerie program, always cold
• Do not use fabric softener and avoid heavy spinning

Drying:

• Do not use a tumble dryer or expose to a heat source
• Flat drying, in the open air and in the shade
• Do not iron

Delivery

Standard shipping is free for orders over €69.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then shipped.

The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days in mainland France.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or request an exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with their tags, and in their packaging.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

The refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of your return.

Important

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged.

More specifically, bodysuits – in direct contact with the skin and intimate areas – cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: an exchange or refund will be possible in case of a defective product or an error on our part.
